There the member is in error. Our forum was founded in 2009 and
has never had such a condition, and never will have. A few years ago a Scotch member attempted to impose rules of his own invention and practically destroyed the forum in the process, so it is a serious concern.
Let me repeat it twice more, so that it well and truly sinks in to the minds of
all our members:
