Bernard Haitink passed away on Thursday. Great across a wide range of repertoire, his recorded legacy is enormous.

. Bernard Haitink (1929-1921)
An amazingly short life. Maybe the shortest life in human history -- or galactic history or even universal history for that matter.
But then, what do I know about quarkness and yet-unfigured-out physics stuff?
