You will not be astonished to learn that I have that set too (as well as Neeme Järvi's and Gennady Rozhdestvensky's, but I agree that Sebrier is best overall).

I know you're not keen on ballet, but Raymonda (1897-98) has some great music in it as well. The Naxos set conducted by Anissimov is excellent.
