As is the case in any forum, there are just a few essential rules:

No bad language or inflammatory discussion

No discussion of the personal characteristics or motives of fellow members

Members should attempt to keep to the subject of the thread in which they are posting, but tangential contributions often widen discussion

If disparaging remarks about the moral character of any musician (living or dead) are posted, a reference to some published authority should be cited as support and justification

No posting of dangerous or suspicious links (malware, adware, viruses, trojans, spam, etc.)

Nothing illegal or in contravention of copyright should be posted or uploaded

Members may offer personally-owned musical items or collections for sale, to swap, or for free in the Members' Corner board, but this is not a venue for any other commerce

Members are perfectly entitled to read the contributions of others without feeling any requirement to post anything of their own. Obviously we would hope that as many members as possible would contribute and we are always grateful to those who do.
