It is on a 2 CD set called Estonian Orchestral Music 1896-2004 published by EMIK 2005. Since its a current release on CD, would be a copyright violation.
Sorry, I had not checked this page for some time :-[ I thought that the CD set only included one movement from Ilves's 2nd Symphony. And if it also features Lemba's 2nd, I definitely need to buy it!

I've just uploaded the wonderful Last Confession of Job by Artur Kapp (1878-1952), from his oratorio "Job" (or "Hiiob" in Estonian). While the whole oratorio is for chorus, soloists and orchestra, this 6 minute section in the middle was written for violin and organ. However, the version I have uploaded here is for violin and orchestra. I don't know if the arrangement is by Kapp or someone else. It is one of the most wonderful late-romantic little gems that I have come across in years, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I (repeatedly) do! There is a recording of the whole oratorio available, and very good it is too. Neeme Järvi conducts the Estonian State Symphony Orchestra. Recorded 1997. See for example http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kapp-Job-Neeme-Jarvi/dp/B00003G9T4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1433436302&sr=8-1&keywords=kapp+job It's also on youtube in its entirety if you can find it....

Well I'm glad someone noticed that I removed the link! One thing I will say in favour of UC - when music is posted there, it generates discussion. Hint, people...

Here are the detailed contents of the EMIK 2-CD set mentioned by dhibbard: http://erb.nlib.ee/?kid=21152901Ilves's 2nd symphony being in two parts, and the second part being available elsewhere, it would thus be complete. On the other hand, we still need a recording of Lemba's 2nd...

Thanks to Dundonnell for the wonderful symphonies of Heino Eller. Just one question, at the end of 3rd symphony in the Kaluste radio recording they play an encore, a five minute piece for strings. Sounds as though it's another Eller piece, does anyone know what the name of it is?

"Kodumaine viis"/"Homeland Tune" from Five Pieces for String Orchestra (1953).

I wrote to ERP to ask about this, and their Artistic Director, Peeter Vähi, kindly wrote back to me saying " Many thanks for your interest in Estonian music and Lemba. Unfortunately, we don't have any plans regarding recording nor releasing Lemba's CD"...

I do know they opened the archive tapes and the following have been released: Artur Lemba 1) Cantata "Narva" 2) Symphonic Poem Estonian National Symphony Orchestra /Matsov Artur Lemba 1) Piano concert nr 4 (piano A. Lemba, ERSO) 2) Pastoraal (ERSO) 3) Fantasy on Estonian folk tunes - piano A. Lemba (ERSO/Matsov ??)
