Gentlemen,

Does anyone have any recordings of Turkish composer Cemal Resit Rey, 1904-1985, (besides Symphony No. 2, and what can be found on YouTube)?

Thankyou.

You can find quite a few of his orchestral works on three different Hungaraton CDs. Also, his Andante and Allegro for string orchestra is on the Koch CD titled "Music for Strings from Turkey". Unfortunately, these CDs containing Rey's music are mostly out of print, but you can easily obtain a copy of the Hungaraton CD with the orchestral pieces Le Conquerant, Fatih, Instances, and Scenes Turques on Amazon :).
