Toby, I cannot find much information about him, but I have found out that he lived from 1922 to 1977 and that composed a ballet titled Cesmebasi (At the Fountain). Also, a few of his orchestral works are on YouTube: Esintiler Prelude, Capriccio a la Turque, Inspirations, Anatolian Candle Dance, Conversation, and the Cesmebasi Suite; all except the first are on zoptrikeman's YouTube channel.
