Some ignorant person posted this: "Now the registration there is limited and only those who are invited by the moderator can register."

That is a simple lie. The Art Music Forum has not changed. Anybody who wants to contribute will be welcome, as they always have been. All the music posts are still there - quite unchanged - and as always they are available in the normal way to anyone who wants to hear them.
