There is constant need now in reorganizing in Academia - shifting departments etc, combining different department into new schools and confuse the whole thing the best one possible can.
It is very interesting to me that Texas decided to keep things the same. Thank you for interesting post. Then there is a quastion of necessity of conservatory that Mighty group in Russia discussed or rather opposed.

I'm sure there is more to this tweak than this attention-grabbing statement..unlike much of America, classical music is much alive in Texas.
