Vyacheslav Ovchinnikov was born in Voronezh (Russia) in 1936. He gave us five symphonies:

1956: Symphony No. 1
1957: Symphony No. 2
1964: Symphony No. 3
1986: Symphony No. 4 for Chorus and Orchestra
1991: Symphony No. 5
