Anatole Vasilyevich Bogatyrev was born in Vitebsk (White Ruthenia) in 1913. He gave us two symphonies as well as a string quartet (1941):

Symphony no. 1 (1946)

Symphony no. 2, opus 17 (1947)

Here is the second. There are four movements: Allegro energico; Allegretto; Lento; Finale
