The cause was well worth the lengthy preparations. I can't say that I am sympathetic to his regime. They show now movie Mishka Yaponchik. It is about revolution. There were gangsters on both sides. Amazing thing is that Petlura now is Ukrainian hero. He was killed by Schwarzbard because he blamed him for killing is family. Mishka Yaponchik joined Red army and was killed too. I only knew names (another name is Kotovsky). It was interesting to learn more about them!!! But in truth they were as brutal and ruthless - not to say clueless - as those who shot them. |
