Thank you for uploading these two Abele pieces Jolly Roger, they are great!  I notice that the mp3 file comes with a picture of the CD that also lists a piece by Jazeps Medins called "Suite all'antica".  I'm sorry to be so brazen but would you have this piece also and be prepared to share it, as I cannot find it anywhere else!!

Christopher;
Abele is rather an obscure composer,but a good one..IMHO and thats all I have from him.
Medins is much less obscure, and while I have over a dozen of Medin's orchestral works, I don't have that one..
But let me dig a bit more and I'll let you know either way in a day or so.!

The list from the attached url,shows Adele to be a fairly prolific composer,yet little of his music has made its way out of Latvia.
There are only 3 of his pieces on Utube,and I had never heard of him till now. I would love to hear more.
As they say,go figure..he is quite gifted.
