Lucien Durosoir was born in south-west France in 1878.

Here is his Piano Quintet in F from 1925. There are three movements:





He also left us three string quartets:

No. 1 in F Minor, 1920

No. 2 in D Minor, 1922

No. 3 in B Minor, 1934

The tempo of the Final is Impérieux. I am unable at present to find out if there is another tempo designation for the Nocturne.
