Another neglected UK composer (b1928-a near contemporary of Graham Whettam!!) who wrote three symphonies, a violin concerto and three string quartets amongst many other works. Something to go into the archive!

Thanks for posting this - it is more than time that Raymond Warren’s music was given an airing. I remember attending concerts of his music when he was at the Music Faculty at Queen’s University Belfast - I must look out the programmes to remind myself of what works of his I heard. I did not know the Third Symphony at all, and am so grateful to have the chance to hear it now. Thanks again!

He was a great English post-romantic composer. I am so glad to listen to this composition.
