Gablenz Piano Concerto Op 25 and Paderewski Fantasie Polonaise, to be broadcast on BBC R3 in a couple of weeks, which I expect is tied into a forthcoming Hyperion recording:

There is a hint of this on Jonathan Plowright's web page, referring to a recording he made for Hyperion late last year:

The Gablenz to me is one of the best ever. Don't ask for explanation, I don't know why.

The Gablenz can be heard on Youtube from a German radio broadcast - Joseph Stompel (piano), Szimon Kawalla (cnd)/Kraków Radio and Television Orchestra.  It seems to be about 45 minutes in length.

See "Jerzy Gablenz - Piano Concerto in D-flat major, Op.25 (1926)" and KuhlauDilfeng2 channel

or

"Jerzy Gablenz - Piano Concerto (1926)" and Bom Cabedal channel.
