Am wondering if anyone can help me solve the name and composer of this piece, which sits in my collection mis-labelled!  It sounds Soviet, though that is a total guess.  (It was previously labelled as Lyudkevych's Melancholic Waltz - though I have that piece and it's different, and this piece is neither melancholic nor a waltz!  It ay or may not be by Lyudkevych....).    Shazam doesn't recognise it.
