Very exciting news. I've come across him mainly as the teacher of Tubin and Raid but I enjoyed every work by him on the Chandos Twofer devoted to Estonian music.

I too am excited about this new Ondine release!

Eller has been comparatively neglected on cd and it is great to see the Symphony No.2 (which I had thought was "unfinished") and the Violin Concerto getting the exposure they richly deserve.

Me too Colin. Having enjoyed some of his shorter works like 'Dawn' I've always been curious to hear his symphonies.

Have really enjoyed the new Ondine CD, especially 'Symphonic Legend'. However, the whole CD is great.
