Agree, Cello concerto "Durch Adams Fall" and "Quadruple Concerto 'La Danse des Morts'" are wonderful works, and those are in the 300s of his opus numbers, so much written before he left, but rarely heard.

I so agree - for me, his greatest works are the Sonate de Requiem and the Piano Trio, conveniently paired on a Harmonia Mundi cd.
For the real Greif enthusiast, like me, the 'must have' is the boxed set of 12 dvds entitled 'Les Incontournables - Olivier Greif' on Timpani 9F1216. This contains archive films, interviews, performances (some complete, some excerpts) and more.
The more I listen to Greif's works, the more I think he is a great composer, but sadly little acknowledged in France.  However, the Olivier Greif Ensemble in Holland is doing a lot to make his works better known in performance and recordings - see their website and examples on YouTube.
