Hubert Parry was born at Bournemouth in 1848. One of his orchestral songs is The North Wind, to words by W.E. Henley, in the key of B major and composed in the year of 1899.

Many Thanks. I've not heard that before. It's very similar to a song by Elgar, the one about Shakespeare.
