Here in the Netherlands he's certainly not "totally unknown", as the radio broadcasts presented here also show. But it's great to see his name mentioned again:

… music is not only an `entertainment’, nor a mere luxury, but a necessity of the spiritual if not of the physical life, an opening of those magic casements through which we can catch a glimpse of that country where ultimate reality will be found. RVW, 1948

Best You're probably right: there's hardly such an overview to be found in English; these Donemus, Netherlands Music Institute (archives) and Wikipedia sites - and the links to individual composers they provide - are possibly the best you can get: 1) https://webshop.donemus.com/action/front/composer_list 2) http://www.nederlandsmuziekinstituut.nl/en3) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Dutch_composersAs for Luctor Ponse, the first site (Donemus) and also the English version of the site you're already referring at, are probably the only ones dedicated to him: https://webshop.donemus.com/action/front/composer/Ponse%2C+Luctor and http://www.luctorponse.org/index22.php

A lot of Thanks! There's a guidebook too: Jolande van der Klis (ed.), The Essential Guide to Dutch Music. 100 Composers and Their Work (Amsterdam University Press 2000; 437 pages). But it doesn't mention Luctor Ponse among these 'first hundred' (nor Cornelis Dopper, Jurriaan Andriessen, Cor de Groot, Joep Franssen, or newbie Joey Roukens, to mention a few missing favourites):
