I started Eötvös's 2nd Violin Concerto merely for violin soloist Patricia Kopatchinskaja, a wonderful violinist.
When listening I suddenly realized that Violin Concerto was a really wonderful one.

It feels like there is a perfect harmony between the orchestra and the violin. The're not competing but stimulating the other entity.
I hope at least some of you will have the same feeling.
