What's going on with Sterling?... I noticed that some of the booklets are professionally printed and others look like someone ran them off with a color copier?    did they quit printing the booklets?

I have that CD in front of me and see nothing like your describing.  The booklet is as professional
looking as one might expect and consistent with the quality of other Sterling productions I possess.

Where did you acquire the CD?  Perhaps the booklet isn't the original one provided by Sterling and
what you have in fact was "run off" with a color copier, - by some other entity or individual.

I bought three Sterlings a couple of years ago from jpc. All booklets have this unprofessional look. Moreover the CDs look like an unprofessional burning instead of pressing. I read somewhere that nimbus records do no longer press but burn their CDs, so I thought the same about these Sterlings. Strange.
