With an idea of what you folk like, I think you will like this:



Not the best sound, unfortunately. It sounds like a poor quality recording of a radio broadcast. Performance is good though. I'm always interested in pieces that refer to the Dies Irae - this is a dramatic example.

This a live recording of the concert taken from the audience.  There is a real version recorded by Vakhtang Jordania with the same orchestra, though it seems very difficult to come by.

Like what's advertised on this classicalcds.net - has anyone had dealings with them:i.e. if I ordered might I actually receive ?
