Sorry, apparently not in your location(UK?) but ok in others..
Try a search on YT, there are other links available but I can't predict
if the listening is restricted. It is one that I have purchased and love..

I also can't see the video - I'm in  the UK so this may well be the reason.  I have the version with Richard Hickox and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.  It's still available and well-recommended.
Incidentally I can't see the Jiri Laroch video either (posted April 13th).

So do I and so it is; it's part of an entire Rubbra symphony cycle recorded by him. I do believe that Rubbra deserves considerably more conert hall exposure than he gets - or indeed has ever really had...

I couldn't agree more..IMHO Rubbra's music could be described as late-romantic, it is wonderfully crafted and has a very unique quality to it.

I'm very sorry, I need to stay away from playlists..they are not consistent in their availability.
This is the CD for the Jaroch piece,its a great one!
