My find of the day.  I've been looking for this one for a while.

Alexandr Lazarev is the conductor, obviously, but I'm not sure about the other performers or any other particulars (place, date, etc.).

I can't help but wonder how many more of these treasures I would find if only I could read (and type!) Cyrillic...

I was actually able to locate a second (!) upload of this performance which provided fuller details (in Cyrillic, of course!).  Here it is, as rendered by google translate:

I take it this is a creation of the universe symphony?  Nice work.  I really enjoyed it and desperately needs a real recording.  I think this is just from the camera.

I had a rather less positive reaction. The old saying goes, "Large canvases need large ideas to fill them", and I'm not hearing that here. The guy playing the tam-tam must have a really sore arm about 34m in.
