There have been a lot of his symphonies for download on UC
(those not recorded by cpo) - see e.g. our "Index nominum" reference at

http://artmusic.smfforfree.com/index.php/topic,2064.0.html

In case you don't longer have access to that site, we have got an archive containing a backup at

http://artmusic.smfforfree.com/index.php/topic,621.0.html

where all relevant Mediafire links can be found.

If there still are some missing items then, I could repost some of the files and reference them on our missing links page.

Best,    mjkF

There are also literally pages and pages of Badings pieces on YouTube, symphonies, chamber music, choral music, etc.

Only the Orchestral Music I freely admit but reposting this might be helpful. If there is an asterisk next to a particular piece then you can assume that an off-air recording is available. I have not checked YT recently to see if there are other works available there. I was distraught to hear that CPO had no intention to continue their Badings cycle :(

To open a rar file you need to download a programme like 7-Zip. When you download the rar file you then move it to 7-Zip File Manager. That gives you the facility to extract the contents of the rar file.

aaah!  I have just uploaded the Symphonietta and Violin Concerto No.3 for you.

I was also about to explain that after further checking I found that Symphony No.15 I have on a commercial NMC cd. I also have an mp3 version BUT I suspect that it is of the same performance/recording and I was therefore reluctant to upload it.

....so..at least you will get the Violin Concerto you were seeking ;D Please confirm that this works for you.

Your generosity is so splendid.  Thank you so much.
I cannot find Symphony No. 8 anywhere.  Is that work unavailable?

Is the name pronounced BAH-dings  or BAY-dings?
What an amazing composer!
How and why have the Dutch hidden away H. Andriessen and Badings??  World-class, first rate artists both!
