Very nice and affecting - an anthem is it - it does sound like one of those twentieth-century Englishmen - Rubbra, Finzi, what's his name and what have you - well you implied that - B*z*r*n could it be? - rather a lot of pauses in the style of the sixteenth century - can't suggest more. (Why me in particular?) Probably one or two of our learned members do actually know the work.
