The worst music I have ever heard is largely unheard as I do not listen much much of it play.
Hate to name names, but there are some things by Cage, Crumb, Boulez and Xenaxis that come to my mind.
But Xenaxis is sometimes so pungent the pain can be addictive if in small doses. And I'm fairly sure that is
what the composer intended.
