The Austrian conductor Ernst Theis has recorded various works that were composed specially for the radio, one double CD with the radio play Leben in dieser Zeit (with music by Edmund Nick and spoken German dialogue by Erich Kästner) came out on CPO in 2010 and Vol. II is to be released in October. It will include works by Braunfels, Spoliansky, Butting, Schreker, Toch and Künneke. Tonight at 7.30  there will be a  live  broadcast on Austrian radio Ö1 featuring Radiomusik with Theis and mostly performances of complete works:
