Quite a find! One could make a game to try and invent the most unpromising title for a piece of music. "Symphony for the 100th Anniversary of the Turkish Air Force" would be right up there with "Milton Keynes: A Musical Portrait" and "Canatata on the Founding of the Peruvian Communist Party".
