I'm not sure this one was already mentioned but you can find here Gliere's third Symphony, his study is one of the best orchestration lesson one can give to himself :

The study of the second mvt in particular helped me understand even more why conductors who try to make it running 20 min or so are totally wrong.

yes... I see where this symphony is being released by Naxos again..... and others..   its a classic symphony !!
