I'll be playing the above mentioned a couple of times in the near future.

27 October, 'S-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands
De Toonzaal
12pm start

2 November, Oxford, UK
Jacqueline du Pre Music Building
3pm start

These are the first ever performances, the work dates from 1975-76. It is dedicated to forum member Alistair Hinton.

Sounds like a members' meet-up in Oxford then.

Is Bob your uncle?

If the revels run on until 7th & 8th of November, Mr Powell is pianising in two Oxford concerts along with Ms Sozdateleva - mainly Medtner & Rachmaninov.  I'll try to post fuller details (venues, times, programmes) next week.

Any chance that these will be recorded and/or broadcasted?

Is Bob your uncle?
If he were so, he might just be Robert Powell, next to whom I once sat in a Wigmore Hall recital that included a series of Chopin/Godowsky Studies and which was given by Carlo Grante; however, I am unaware that the actor is our member's father's brother...
