If someone would be so kind to snag and upload it it would be greatly appreciated.  If possible with movement titles/tempos.  If not, hopefully somebody with that information will post them?

According to the booklet notes to the Sony CD with Esa-Pekka Salonen conducting the Swedish RSO that I find on my shelf, they are:
I. Moderato [11'55]
II. Andante pastorale [7'39]
III. Lento [7'06]

Actually, it sounds as a lento too, but perhaps it is a 'lento - allegro molto'?  ::)

… music is not only an `entertainment’, nor a mere luxury, but a necessity of the spiritual if not of the physical life, an opening of those magic casements through which we can catch a glimpse of that country where ultimate reality will be found.  RVW, 1948

That's great!  Now can somebody rip this and upload it to Mediafire?  I've tried to rip it myself, but my system is so old that the signal drops and sticks and just generally renders my recording useless.
