Hello, Shepherd's Hey, nice to see you on here! Are you a Grainger fan? Just guessing from the name.

Hello Jimfin,
I must confess I'm not sure who Grainger is.
Many years back I took classical guitar lessons and one of the first pieces we learned was  Shepherds Hey. So that song just popped into my head when I was thinking of a screen name.

My musical  genre  is  Baroque, Renaissance, Medieval , Romantic.

Hi !

Just listening to 'Shepherds Hey' now, on an ASV 'wind' CD alongside Milhaud & Poulenc 'Suite Francaise', bought for .99p in a charity shop this morning !
Wouldn't say Grainger was an under-rated composer, but what he did he did most pleasantly, so you've a nice cheerful on-line name there !

Best.                 Clive.

Thanks Clive,  Shepherd's Hey was one of the piece I learnt when taking classical guitar lessons, years ago, so many to remember. Now I am learning piano.
