Sterling has recently announced their long-awaited recording of the orchestral music of the German Romantic composer Heinrich Hoffmann, which includes the Symphony in E-flat major "Frithjof", op. 22, Eine Schauspiels-Ouverture, op. 28, as well as the Ungarische Suite, op. 16. The performers are the Philharmonische Orchester Altenburg-Gera under Eric Solen. This first recording of this composer's music shall be awaited with eagerness :)!
