The revival of Arthur Bliss' The Beatitudes takes place this evening in Coventry Cathedral.

I have now added a recording of this broadcast to the archive - from a position of having no recordings of this important work, there are now three recordings, conducted in turn by Arthur Bliss, David Willcocks and Paul Daniel!

Damned if I can find it!  :o

My first is in apple but not in tree,
My next is in rattle but not in flea,
My third is in cobble but not in stone,
My fourth is in haggle but not in groan,
My fifth is in ivy but not in shrub,
My sixth is in villain but not in grub,
My last is in enter, and all this alludes
To the spot where you'll find The Beatitudes ...
