Hi Brian,

Here is a link to Silvestrov's Symphony 3 by the Kiev Philharmonic in 1976:

http://www.theblues-thatjazz.com/klasyczna/2625-silvestrov-valentin/12128-valentin-silvestrov-spectra-eschatophony-meditation.html?lang=pl

Some of the download links work, some don't, but it appears to be an mp3 file as it's only 120mb

1-3. Spectra (1965)
Symphony for chamber orchestra

Igor Blazhkov, conductor
Recorded live in the Great Hall of the Leningrad Philharmonic, 1965 (world premiere)

4-6. Eschatophony (1966)
Symphony No. 3 for large symphony orchestra

Bruno Maderna, conductor
Recorded live at the Darmstadt international Summer Courses for New Music, 1968 (world premiere)

7. Meditation (1972)
Symphony for cello and orchestra

Valentin Potapov, cello
Igor Blazhkov, conductor
Recorded live at the Kiev Philharmonic, 1976

Greetings,

There was an old thread called 'Broadcast rarities from days gone by' that was started by Gerard. It had a list with a lot of old radio recordings with links that are all expired.  I tried to contact Gerard but it seems he hasn't been around lately, so am putting out this request to anyone who might have any of those and be willing to post them.

There are 3 in particular that I'm looking for:

Hans Erich Apostel's Piano Concerto, Op. 30
Hans Erich Apostel's Um Mitternacht, Op. 16
Ludwig Zenk's Piano Sonata No. 2

I know Ludwig Zenk's First Piano Sonata is kicking around out there somewhere too, so if you know anything about that please let me know.

Many Thanks,
G
