Title: Forgan sidelined as head of ACE Post by: Neil McGowan on March 23, 2012, 11:58:43 am Liz Forgan has been shoved aside as head of the Arts Council England by the Government (http://www.thestage.co.uk/news/newsstory.php/35651/government-drops-liz-forgan-as-chair-of-arts). A new candidate is to be sought. As expected when someone is sacked, the Ministers involved are all mysteriously available to say what a marvellous job the sacked person did. The only missing comment, of course, is from Forgan herself. |
