Title: Harri Ahmas/Classiclive site
Post by: cjvinthechair on May 09, 2013, 05:34:26 pm
Don't take any credit for this at all - belongs to Jolly Roger - but thought if anyone at all went to enjoy the Kalevi Aho broadcast on classiclive (The Lahti Symphony Orchestra site) which I highlighted recently, the May delights include the 1st Symphony by Ahmas, a Lahti player, which I found terrific, and also has Erkki-Sven Tuur's accordion concerto, which I'm listening to as I write.
Really think this totally free live-performance site is a wonderful resource, on which I hope everyone at A-MF might find some gems to suit them.
